RENTAL APPLICATION FEE – NON-REFUNDABLE

By purchasing this item, you are submitting a rental application for review. This is a SERVICE FEE, not a deposit or holding fee.

IMPORTANT TERMS (PLEASE READ BEFORE PURCHASE):

• THIS FEE IS NON-REFUNDABLE. No refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: application denial, withdrawal of application, decision to rent elsewhere, or change of heart.

• PURCHASE DOES NOT GUARANTEE APPROVAL. Payment of this fee only covers the cost of processing your application. Approval is at the sole discretion of the property owner/manager.

• PURCHASE DOES NOT RESERVE OR HOLD THE UNIT. The property remains available to other applicants during the review process.

• SERVICE DELIVERED IMMEDIATELY. Upon purchase, our team begins work reviewing your application, verifying information, and contacting references. This service begins immediately upon transaction completion.

• YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THESE TERMS. By completing this purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms above, including the non-refundable nature of this fee.
